Travel Tips by HD environment

Traveling can be very exhausting and also cause some anxiety.
Knowing your ideal environment according to Human Design can help you to take the necessary steps to make traveling easier and more and adjusted to your needs. Also knowing which environments could be great for the most beneficial vacation for you.

Caves:
Book your trip from the airport / train-station and accommodation ahead of time to feel safe and secure in your arrival. You might want to consider having your own space as well, as this is very important for your energy body. Having a supermarket and all other establishments close-by will make you feel very good.
If you book your accommodation, keep the following in mind:
Safe area
Not too open spaces
Having the rooms separated instead of a studio
Smaller windows / doors Preferring cosy spaces Having curtains
Bring a sleeping mask
A well planned trip with a cosy Airbnb for yourself somewhere in a more aura dense place is a prime example for a Caves vacation
Markets:
Make sure you travel to a stimulating place wich provides you with options. In the best case you have a market, grocery shops or even a mall closeby where you are staying.
Maybe you prefer a city trip over being in the remote countryside?
You will be very picky when it comes to your travel and the places you stay at.
So you wanna get all options beforehand and it might take you some time to find the right places. So get into the planning a bit ahead in time.

A weekend shopping trip to a city is a prime example for a Markets vacation
Kitchens
Make sure you travel with other people who stimulate you on some level or even have your trip being a retreat or travel with some sort of purpose like doing a worksop ect.
You will be very picky when it comes to your travel and the places you stay at.
So you wanna get all options beforehand and it might take you some time to find the right places. So get into the planning a bit ahead in time.

A holistic or creative retreat / festival is a prime example for a Kitchens vacation

Mountains:
Going to an actual mountain or nature space will really benefit your energies. You might want to consider going on a hike or to some really remote place to immerse yourself in nature. Locations that are on a high altitude are best for your health and wellbeing. You might be automatically drawn towards these locations.
You probably enjoy going on a solo trip, as it will serve you to gain clarity and perspective on things. So you can come back with more knowledge and reflections on your life.
Make sure you get enough nature time; a city trip will actually be draining and exhausting for you.

Valleys
For you it´s all about community, information and connection.
Maybe you wanna go visit friends somewhere or go on a trip together with loved ones.
As long as you can be in a nature environment with your community, you´re happy. Having places closeby where you like going for food, coffee, activities ect where you meet familiar people all over again is something you probably like a lot.
Sound is also really important for you, so you either might like places with no sounds at all or very stimulation places. For example going on a concert trip or having community gatherings with your field of interest. You also need grounding, so being somewhere where you can connect to the element of the earth is gonna benefit you.

Make sure to got immediate access to nature
Rather book groundfloor with garden / terrace access
Staying in an eco hotel on Bali is a prime example for a Valleys vacation
Shores
Traveling comes natural to you and it might be something you do quite frequently.
You want and need to be between places, so maybe even having two residencies or being a digital nomad might suit you well. You need water around you, so considering to go on vacation somewhere by a body of water is gonna feel very good for you.
Also emerging yourself into melting pots with all sorts of different cultures and options is your vibe.
